Join Barry for this fun and informative class. Learn about carving soapstone and it’s skills. Barry will cover: where to get supplies, how to select a stone and what tools are helpful. You’ll take your blank from 2d to 3d

Saturday July 25th from 11a-4p, $125 per person, includes all supplies (including: soapstone blank, the use of instructors tools, wet sanding tubs, along with sand paper, and tung oil)

-dress for a mess, carving soapstone is dusty!

-We hope that this class will be outdoors in our courtyard under a tent but if weather isn’t cooperating we will move indoors

-please bring: a large old towel, and a dust mask if you would like. You’ll take a lunch break so either bring a packed lunch or grab one nearby.
