1. Eligibility
All students registered in Grade 10, 11, or 12 and residing in or attending high school in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, or Parkland County are eligible. Homeschooled students at Grade 10, 11, or 12 levels who are residing in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, or Parkland County are also eligible.
To conform to the spirit of the awards, all work must be original and completed within this academic year (2025/2026). No copies of other artists’ work will be allowed. Proof of originality of artwork may be required. AI generated artwork is not accepted.
Any tastefully presented work of art will be accepted. The AAC Standards Committee reserves the right to refuse any art not suited for viewing by all ages.

Entry and Delivery of artwork: April 24/25 from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm
Public Viewing: Monday, May 4th from – Friday, May 22nd, 2026.
Gallery Hours: Monday – Saturday - 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Show Location: Spruce Grove Art Gallery AT THE NEW LOCATION, Heavy Metal Place (Civic Center), #173, 50 Westwind Drive, Spruce Grove, AB , T7X 4C8
Reception and awards presented: The reception will be **Thursday, May 7th, 2026, from 6-8pm. Awards will be presented at 6:30 pm in the black box theatre.
