Summer Art Escape 2018

Children 8-14 years old

Projects will include: Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Printmaking, Collage, Animation, & more! 

Register for the week(s) of your choice for either of these two class times:
(see below for furthure information on in person registration)
NOTE: Children must be 8 by March 1, 2018 to register.


Week 1: July 9 - July 13
Week 2: July 23- July 27
Week 3: August 13 - August 17
Week 4: August 20 - August 24
Mornings: 10a.m.—12noon  
Afternoons: 1p.m.—3p.m.

* All supplies are included. Smocks are available but wearing clothes that are ready for a “creative mess” are recommended.



Angeline Lee— Clay Building - pottery clay and fun glazes to build functional and decorative projects.

Tina Bourassa— Acrylic Painting - functional art & Landscape art or Animation - (please be prepared to bring an apple® product with the free StopMotion app downloaded, if you register for an animation week, we will inform you.)

Susan Casault— Basics of Drawing - Have fun learning some of the basics of drawing, using just pencils and an eraser to make your drawings more realistic

Cindy Barratt— Painting - in watercolour or acrylic learn various techniques and unconventional methods using sponging, palette knife, marbles, salt & more!

Gail Seemann—Mixed Media Sculpture - using wire, beads, and found objects will be used to create free standing or hanging artwork.
