There are a variety of shows hosted by the Allied Arts Council that are held in the Spruce Grove Art Gallery.
Members Novelty Show
The Allied Arts Council holds a selection Member's Shows a year to showcase the talent of our group. To find out about becoming a member click here. To download the full calls click the links below:
Members show: Figuratively Speaking Deadline: February 10th
Members Show: Fur, Feathers, and Fauna Deadline: November 10th
Members of the Allied Arts Council are eligible to enter the Juried Members show. All work must be original and completed within the last two years and not previously shown in any show in the Spruce Grove Art Gallery. More info here.
A motion was made and ratified in 2013 changing this show from a true juried show to one in which each artist who enters will now be granted admittance of at least one piece of art.
The entry deadline is March 3, 2018.
High School Students Show
This show is open to students in the tri-municipal area in grades 10, 11, and 12 who accept the rules of the show. Ribbons are awarded to First, Second, and Third Place, as well as Honorable Mention. More info here.

The is open to all AAC Instructors so that the members and general public can get an appreciation for the highly qualified Instructors that AAC hires to teach our classes and workshops. It runs semi-annually (during the odd years, 2015, 2017, 2019, etc.)
