Wiancko, Kenneth
Ken Wiancko
Ken Wiancko is a retired surgeon and self taught wood turner. His skills have been upgraded with courses from such noted turners as Richard Raffin, Rollie Monrow, Bihn Pho and Mike Hosaluk. Ken has been a member of the Allied Arts Council for some years. He shows at the Council, Artists Gallery in Stoney Plain, House Warmings in Red Deer and has hundreds of his work for sale at the Red Strap Market (old Army and Navy store down town). A permanent exhibit of his works can be seen in the Arts and Reading Room of the Stanley Milner Library on Churchill Square.
